Try to determine how you can avoid the emotional ups and downs by taking responsibility for yourself and changing your behaviors.  We want you to have an awesome life, and part of doing that is taking care of yourself and setting boundaries!

Even if you have the best intentions, you will not experience true success until you determine how to align your behaviors.

In this video, we will discuss how Time, Money, and Behaviors work together to create results.  It is also important to realize that many of our decisions are based on societal conditioning, and pleasing others.

We need to determine what we actually want as individuals and be free of other outside influences.  As we begin to understand our core values and focus on what we really want, we can clearly identify our own goals.

Your homework for this section will be to focus on your “Future Goals”.  By starting at a distant point in the future, and working your way back to current day, we can help you to realize what you really want.

And, most importantly, what behaviors need to change in order for you to realize your goals.  The last exercise in this section is to determine “Your New Behaviors”.

In this exercise, you can determine what you need to do to move past old habits, achieve abundance, and reach your own personal balance.
