In this Online Vision and Mission Training, you will be forced to identify what is most important to you. We all make decisions in life and in business based on our Core Values. Aren’t sure what those are? Read On!
We are predictable creatures that make most decisions based on our upbringings. Some of the values that your parents taught you were passed on, and others, were not. Learn how you are currently shaping your reality in business by values you hold dear. This training course also will push you out of your comfort zone by challenging you to determine what it is that makes you unique – and how you can best share that with the world.
Vision and Mission Training Objectives
Defining Your Purpose
In this video, we will focus on a big question:
What is your purpose?
Take some time to discover why you are here, and what makes you unique. We all have certain talents, topics we enjoy learning (or teaching), hobbies and skills that define us.
It’s time to take a look at yours and realize what sets you apart. These defining characteristics make us who we are–but they also make us who we are in business.
Get clear on what your purpose is, and you will get clear on the type of business you are really in.

Your Core Values
The better we understand ourselves, and where we came from, the easier it becomes to know what we are really here to do.
In this video, we discuss Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, and how we can rise above our basic interests to discover Self-actualization.Who we are authentically is directly related to our values–or the values that we formed as we were growing up.
Most of our core values were formed from our reactions to our parents’ values. There are some that you agree with… and some that you don’t. Believe it or not, the basis for nearly everything you do is still a reaction to these core values.
Take some time to figure out yours, and you will have a deeper understanding not just where you came from, but exactly where you are going… and why.
